In Latin America the renewable energy has increased in 40GW, during last twenty years; this perspective countries as Perú, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia and Colombia have extensive desert with highest irradiance large field available for technology. One example is Atacama Desert its extension Chile Peru; however, it some challenges water availability.
